UCSI University and UCSI Hospital have established a new partnership with Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) to establish a Teaching Hospital. This collaboration aims to facilitate the exchange of academic and research staff, sharing manpower resources for daily hospital operations. The memorandum of understanding was signed on 28 February 2022, by Dato Peter Ng, Professor Datuk Ir Ts Dr Siti Hamisah Tapsir, and Professor Dato’ Dr Mohamed Ridza Wahiddin, in the presence of key representatives from both institutions at UCSI Hospital.

UCSI, through its subsidiary, hosted a festive Aidilfitri celebration at UCSI Hospital for the first time. Guests enjoyed diverse dishes and piano performances by Yona Inoue and Hobbes Low, UCSI International School Bandar Springhill students. Yona secured the 3rd place in the 2nd Vienna International Classical Music Competition. Dato’ Peter Ng, Founder and Executive Chairman of UCSI Group, and Prof. Datuk Ir Ts Dr Siti Hamisah Tapsir, UCSI Group CEO and Vice-Chancellor, graced the event, attended by strategic partners, government agencies, media, embassies, private companies, NGOs, and UCSI's top management. We appreciate everyone's presence in making UCSI's Aidilfitri celebration vibrant and meaningful, with special thanks to the organising team led by the late Mr. Abu Bakar Jalaluddin, Chief Operating Officer of Hospital UCSI. 

UCSI Hospital launched its cardiothoracic surgery services in the Heart and Lung Centre, becoming the first and only hospital to offer these services in Negeri Sembilan. The inauguration on 18 October 2022, was officiated by YB Tuan Veerapan A/L Superamaniam. Joined by UCSI Group Founder & Executive Chairman, Dato' Peter Ng, Prof Dato' Dr Zainuddin Bin Md Wazir, and Prof Dr Raja Amin Bin Raja Mokhtar, the event marked a significant milestone in advancing healthcare services. UCSI Hospital also emphasises preventive programmes, early disease detection, nutrition, and rehabilitation for comprehensive heart care. 

On 21 March 2023, UCSI Hospital welcomed delegates from UiTM, led by Ybhg Prof Dr Mohamad Hariri Hj Abdullah, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Industry, Community, and Alumni Network. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Exchange Ceremony between UCSI Education Sdn Bhd and UCSI Hospital Sdn Bhd was led by Dato' Peter Ng and Prof Datuk Ir Ts Dr Siti Hamisah Tapsir. UCSI eagerly anticipated collaboration with UiTM in Cardiothoracic Surgery, R&D, best practices sharing, and staff-student exchanges. 

On 17 April 2023, Persatuan Usahawan Maju Malaysia Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia Hindu Sangam Negeri Sembilan Council, and Rotary Club Seremban Gateway signed an MoU with UCSI Hospital. This agreement solidified a strong relationship, demonstrating their collective support for UCSI Hospital as the preferred healthcare provider. Together, we embarked on a journey of mutual collaboration and commitment to fostering health and well-being within the community.

Health Minister YB Dr Zaliha inaugurated the Haemodialysis Centre and ADiC Project at UCSI Hospital. The B40 sponsorship initiative eases financial burdens for dialysis patients, promoting treatment at UCSI. Certificates of Appreciation were given to sponsors, NGOs, and practitioners. Dr Zaliha discussed UCSI's potential as a premier Heart and Lung Centre, providing convenient alternatives for surgeries.

Effective 1 October 2023, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Haji Noor Hisham bin Abdullah takes on the role of Chairman at UCSI Healthcare Group. Also serving as a visiting consultant in various surgeries every Wednesday at UCSI Hospital, he contributes to world-class healthcare. As Adjunct Professor at UCSI University, he engages in healthcare research and education, showcasing his expertise honed during a decade as Director-General of Health Malaysia, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. His appointment underscores UCSI Healthcare Group's dedication to healthcare excellence.

A significant moment unfolded on 21 October 2023, as the UCSI Traditional & Complementary Medicine Centre was inaugurated by YAB Dato' Seri Haji Aminuddin Bin Harun, Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus. This marks a bold fusion of tradition and modernity in healthcare. Gratitude to guests, staff, and media partners for their presence and support. The UCSI T&CM Centre signifies a commitment to a healthier, holistic future.
