Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham is an accomplished medical professional with an impressive list of qualifications and a distinguished career in healthcare. His expertise in breast endocrine surgery was further enhanced through a Fellowship Training at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in 1997. Dr Noor Hisham's extensive medical journey led him to become a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia (FAMM) in 2004, and he further honed his leadership skills with an advanced management programme from Oxford Business School in 2008.
